Caroline Statile

Caroline is an industry leading voice in architecture, planning & design, and has executed on a multiplicity of monumental luxury new developments in every major US market. As a licensed architect, Caroline advises on all aspects of architectural direction throughout the life of a building, beginning with feasibility and evaluation of the site, and ending with the successful launch and maintenance of a sales gallery. She utilizes her extensive background and experience in high-end residential architecture to study and critique floor plans, conceptualize amenity spaces and provide market based feedback to your project’s architecture and design team. She is highly respected in the design and development community, and pays careful consideration to the design architect’s primary intent, while building extreme trust and confidence with everyone on a project’s team. Caroline directs research initiatives and manages daily project responsibilities and deliverables with her team of architects and graphic designers.

 

Prior to joining Compass, Caroline was a Planning and Design Director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, and spent much of her career as a Project Manager and Associate Architect at Robert A. M. Stern Architects. She has extensive experience developing layouts for ultra-high end single family homes, and has a keen eye for an elegant procession of spaces, instilling in her projects a unique sense of discovery and intrigue.
