Casey Drake

Casey has spent the majority of his career in New York working for the premier new development sales and marketing agency in that market, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. There we worked across Manhattan on several notable and market-making projects such as Waterline Square, a $1.2B master plan which reshaped the West Side. Moving from agency to developer, Casey led the sales and marketing for the legendary Waldorf Astoria on Park Avenue, sitting in house with developer Dajia Insurance Group. The marketing campaign for the Waldorf Astoria completely repositioned an iconic building for a new era of for-sales residences at $4000 per square foot and higher. After three years of dedicated service, Casey moved to a family office developer, Fortis Property Group, to manage sales at Brooklyn’s most expensive condominium development, Olympia Dumbo. Coming home to Texas, Casey is now the managing director of CDMG Austin where he leads a team managing 10 actively selling developments. Casey holds a BFA in Photography & Imaging from New York University.
