Gary is an accomplished and passionate leadership professional with a comprehensive understanding of best practices to maximize real estate development operational performance from entitlement, planning, pre-construction, and permitting with on-going involvement during construction through sales/lease-up optimization.

Gary excels in leading new development collaboration with developers, investors, architects, and designers with an unparalleled ability to develop, maintain, and evolve strategic partner alliances and professional relationships across all facets of real estate development. And, takes a hands-on approach in guiding sales/marketing communications and brokerage partnerships efforts to drive on-site traffic necessary to achieve target sales velocity/absorption goals.

Born and raised in the NY Metro Area, upon receiving his BS Degree in Advertising/Business Management, Gary built a successful 20-year advertising/marketing career before transitioning his solid leadership skills to the fast paced and exciting real estate development arena.

Gary is passionate about interior design, architecture, gardening and cooking with a true entrepreneurial spirit that lead him to launch a new American restaurant and an antique business while living on Long Island, and more recently buying, gut-renovating and re-designing a new home with extensive landscape gardens with his husband in Connecticut. Gary personal and professional passions mesh seamlessly as the newest Managing Director of Compass Development Marketing Group.
