John Pallante

As Managing Director, John leads all aspects of sales and marketing to achieve his client’s sales goals. A diversified and distinguished leader with over 18 years’ experience in new development, John has directed and led successful sales campaigns for residential projects reaching from New York to Hawaii. For the last 10 years, he has led teams through all progressions of a project from predevelopment planning, through brand creation, marketing campaigns, sales strategy,  and sellout. 

In the last 3 years, he has achieved over $1 Billion in sales, including $380 Million in 2024. He has concurrently managed multiple projects in 7+ markets - realizing record-breaking closings and sales volumes - including multiple closings in San Francisco above $4,000 per square foot, the best selling project  in Hawaii in 2024 and broke condo price records in Newport Beach. John has led sales teams on projects big and small ranging from 11 single-family homes to 1,004 unit condominium tower.   

Based in Los Angeles, John’s multidisciplinary approach comes from leading projects in over 10 different international markets. His current projects include 181 Fremont and Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco, and Kuilei Place and Kahuina on Oahu. Recent projects include One Steuart Lane and 2238 Market in San Francisco, Parkhouse Residences in Newport Beach, Lai Loa in Maui and Metropolis in Downtown Los Angeles.
