Krysen has distinguished herself as the leading authority in new development marketing and sales in California in a career that has spanned over 25 years and $6.5 billion in unit sales.

Having worked with over 150 developers and capital partners and having sold over 12,000 homes in urban areas, she helped build The Mark Company to a highly regarded powerhouse overseeing product design, research, marketing, sales in the San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver and San Diego. As a former owner of The Mark Company, she led the strategic partnership, and acquisition by, Pacific Union and subsequently Compass.

Prior to re-joining Compass, Krysen led S&P Real Estate in the US, the preeminent marketing and sales firm for Super Prime ultra-luxury residential marketing and sales. She grew the US division in two years, shepherding in over $2 billion in business while designing some of the Bay Area’s finest developments. Working alongside the renowned ownership of S&P, her experience was enhanced by participating in strategies focused on changing the commodity conversation to ensure product offering distinction and ultimately the creation of price elasticity.

Recently, Krysen led the award of The Residences at Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco and Stanly Ranch Residences, an Auberge Resorts Collection in Napa Valley and continues oversight of the highly successful sales campaigns. With her leadership, Yerba Buena Island’s sales results have increased by 500% since its takeover by Compass, and Stanly Ranch sales have reached record pricing prior to the resort opening.
