Meet Morgan
Managing DirectorMorgan leads CDMG’s multidisciplinary project team on a broad range of acclaimed development projects, guiding a carefully orchestrated course of action which draws on a decade of experience in the real estate development industry. Having worked for many years with a developer of luxury condominiums and hotels in New York and Miami, Morgan has a consummate understanding of the product planning, design and positioning process for large-scale residential projects, and has executed on a vast array of buildings.
In his current role, Morgan is leading the planning, design, marketing & sales mandate for Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, a collection of super-luxury branded residences in Beverly Hills, in partnership with Nahla Capital, GPI Companies, and Thomas JuulHansen. He and his team are also leading the pre-development planning mandate for Vallco Town Center in Cupertino, which launched on March 24th 2022 as “The Rise Cupertino”, a 623-unit ultra-luxury branded property in Silicon Valley, in partnership with Sand Hill Property Company and Rafael Viñoly Architects.
Morgan recently lead the successful sellout of The Harrison in San Francisco, a Ken Fulk-designed luxury tower in the SoMa neighborhood. He has advised on monumental master plans including Oceanwide Plaza and One Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, and was a leading member of the development team on Faena House and Faena Hotel, one of Miami’s most successful hotel/
condominium projects to date.
Prior to real estate development and sales, Morgan worked for a leading investment bank for five years, with a focus on capital markets. He holds a B.A. in Finance and History from the University of Western Ontario (Canada), and an M.Sc. in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York University.
