A born operator, Robert Stofer has set a new precedent of integrity in residential real estate. Robert is passionate about cultural leadership and specializes in engaging the millennial workforce. His natural leadership approach fostered an in-house culture long before it became a business buzzword. With a degree in communications from Marymount Manhattan College and multifaceted experiences in music and hospitality, Robert mastered a quick-witted ability to adjust and navigate in continually changing landscapes all while keeping a finger on the pulse of emerging trends.

 

Robert is also an astute listener with assertive service skills, so he has moved effortlessly into real estate and has developed a deep understanding of both sides of the trade. He has raised the bar with his warmth and straight-shooting sincerity. With his innate creativity and problem-solving MO, he now heads up CDMG’s in-house marketing division. As such, Robert governs a spectrum of responsibilities from branding to budgeting, communications to creative strategy, and digital marketing to web design and development, all while leading the company’s progressive culture.
